YouTube offers its users the ability to obtain important information by clicking on the Analytics option in the menu, which allows access to useful detailed information that goes beyond the topic of the number of views. However, do not expect to find the names of those who watch your YouTube channel, all you will get is information similar to that provided by Google Analytics, and through it you will have an idea of who is viewing your YouTube channel.

Steps to view analytics for your uploaded videos
Log in to YouTube
Log in to the YouTube website at youtube.com.
sign in
Log in to your account if it is not already registered by entering the email and password.
YouTube Studio
Click on your profile picture in the top corner of the page.
A menu will appear, click on YouTube Studio, to get YouTube viewer analytics
Analytics
Click on (Analytics). You will see a group of tabs containing different analyzes related to your YouTube channel viewers.
Read data in YouTube Analytics
You can create line charts to see how the data for a video has changed over time, or you can create multi-line charts that allow you to compare the performance of about 25 videos on your channel. To get the reports, click on (Get a report / Export Report) located at the top of the screen to show you all the information available for viewing.
Overview report
It is the first report in analytics to provide a summary of the performance of your page’s content and includes performance metrics that show a summary of watch time, number of views and subscribers, and these metrics include data related to channel interaction such as comments, shares, preferences, likes, and dislikes.
The Overview report shows you (based on watch time) the top 10 videos for your content, viewer gender and location, as well as the highest traffic sources.
Real time report
Click on (Real Time) to show you live statistics updated by YouTube within a few minutes of the delay time, as two linear tables will show the recorded views of your videos during the last 48 hours and the last 60 minutes, and the type of device that viewed the videos in addition to the device’s operating system and location .
Watch time report
The tables in the Watch Time report will show how long it takes your viewers to see the videos on your channel, did they accidentally click on the link and then leave without watching it, or did they watch the entire clip?
You can use the information you got about those views to download more videos that attract your viewers’ attention to see them as long as possible, as YouTube updates the data daily with a delay of up to 72 hours.
Through the tables under the graph, browse data that includes content type, geographic location, date, number of subscriptions and closed comments.
Preservation Audience Report
This report provides a general idea of how your videos affect their viewers through information about the average viewing duration of the videos, and it also lists the best views based on watch time, where you can compare watch times for a video during different time frames.
The report displays information about absolute audience retention data that shows the most popular videos, and information about audience retention data that compares the video on your channel with similar YouTube videos.
You can see viewer retention data for each video based on base traffic, paid skippable video ads, paid and watched ads.
Traffic Sources Report
The report will inform you about the sites and features of YouTube that attracted viewers’ attention to your content, but to get the best information through it, just set the field of history and view the sources through the site. You can also filter for sources and viewers to obtain additional information.
This report differentiates between visits from sources within YouTube and their counterparts from external sources, as the sources of visits from within YouTube include searches, suggested videos, playlists, advertisements within the site and the rest of the features, while external sources of visits come from mobile and web sites for applications within your video or Those related to it.
Hardware report
Through this report, you will know the operating system and the type of device used to watch your channel videos, as the device used may be a computer, a smart phone, or any of the other phones, televisions, and game controllers. Just click on the device type and operating system to see additional information and details.
Population Distribution Report
By the age, gender, and demographic location of the viewers appearing in this report, you will be able to understand and assimilate more information about your audience, just choose the age and gender field to get to the demographics of those watching your videos and then add the geo-filter to get information about where the viewers live within that area.
