TikTok Shop Singapore fees in 2025: the real commission (with calculator)
This guide shows the latest Singapore fees (GST-inclusive), how vouchers affect your payout, and gives you an interactive calculator you can trust.
TL;DR — the fee picture in late 2025
- Platform commission: many SG categories now reference 5.995% (that’s 5.5% × 1.09 GST). Earlier in 2025, many guides still showed 4.905% (4.5% × 1.09). Exact % can vary by category/cluster.
 - Transaction fee: increased to 3.27% from 1 Oct 2025 (was 2.18% earlier in 2025).
 - Commission base ignores TikTok-funded vouchers: only your Seller Discount reduces the commission base. TikTok vouchers do not.
 - Transaction base uses Buyer’s payment: platform vouchers reduce what the buyer pays, so your transaction fee base may be smaller when vouchers are platform-funded.

Adjust the inputs then see fees and payout update instantly. This assumes local SG orders and no affiliate/FBT/logistics add-ons.
Inputs
Commission base = (Item price − Seller discount). Platform vouchers do not reduce this base.
Transaction base ≈ Buyer payment after voucher and shipping, minus any refund.
Outputs
“Approx. net payout” excludes logistics add-ons (FBT), affiliates, coins/rebates, and post-settlement adjustments. Always reconcile with your TikTok statements.
Worked example A — 2025 current example rates
Item price: $100 · Seller discount: $10 · TikTok voucher: $5 (platform-funded) · Buyer shipping paid: $0 · No refund
- Commission base = 100 − 10 = $90.
 - Commission fee (5.995%) = $90 × 0.05995 = $5.40.
 - Buyer payment (platform voucher reduces buyer’s spend) = 100 − 10 − 5 = $85.
 - Transaction base = $85 (no refund, no shipping). Transaction fee (3.27%) = 85 × 0.0327 = $2.78.
 - Approx. net payout ≈ Buyer payment − Commission − Transaction = 85 − 5.40 − 2.78 = $76.82.

If TikTok funds the voucher, you may see a subsidy line in settlement; your effective collected amount can differ by program. Reconcile with your payout statement.
Worked example B — earlier-2025 guide rates
Item price: $20 · Seller discount: $2 · No voucher · No shipping · No refund
- Commission base = 20 − 2 = $18.
 - Commission fee (4.905%) = $18 × 0.04905 = $0.88 (GST-inclusive).
 - Buyer payment = 18. Transaction fee (2.18%) = 18 × 0.0218 = $0.39.
 - Approx. net payout ≈ 18 − 0.88 − 0.39 = $16.73.

This mirrors the earlier 2025 example many guides referenced.
